From the trash can 

撿出一盒檸檬茶

he fished a box of lemon tea.

在黑夜和白晝之間

Between day and night

把已折斷的塑料管放進嘴裏

his mouth attends the angled straw

四面八方匯流

that turns in each direction.

年輪從內部緩慢轉動

Annular rings grow from within, wheeling slowly

內螺旋地雕刻我們

in the curve that carves us.

我看見他衝上邊笑

I see him smile, looking up,

輕膩的白肉包好那張臉

the smooth white flesh swaddling his face,

瞳仁在肉裏面很遠

deep sunk pupils

代我們射出目光

casting for us their gaze.

代我們品嚐別人的味道

For us he tastes others’ flavor,

代我們衝上邊笑

for us his smiling head upturned.

兔子火星上打鼓

On Mars the rabbit beats its drum,

羣山地球上聽

on earth the mountains listen.
