母马下来寻找夜食

                                                                            into the meadow grass.

进入草地。

Two pine trees sway the invisible wind—

两棵松树在风中摇动——

                                                                            some sway, some don’t sway.

说不上摇动，说不上不摇动。

The heart of the world lies open, leached and ticking with sunlight

世界的心脏敞开，过滤、勾勒着日光

For just a minute or so.

仅仅片刻之许。

The mares have their heads on the ground,

母马把头垂在地上，

                                                    the trees have their heads on the blue sky.

树木让头留在碧空。

Two ravens circle and twist.

两只渡鸦环绕翻飞。

         On the borders of Heaven the river flows clear a bit longer.

在天堂边缘，河流流淌，清澈，更长。
