SIMPLE HONESTY


If-he says-I placed the bird in the green cage,
and if I placed the bird on the statue's head,
it was this, only this; just like
my nails are attached evenly on my fingers
and every moment without my noticing they grow.
Could you call it resistance to death? Call it that
Ask for nothing else. I don't know,don't know.
