SELENE

Oh Selene, sacred, vibrato-resounding

your silent viol over gables dormant!

Glowing with pallid light, your cheeks expounding,

as you reveal your bounty, gluteus-formant,

your charms, hid hitherto in clouds soft-ermined,

like by an earthly woman’s skirts, confounding,

as spire-turret-forests throng, surrounding,

stalagmites bawdy, vile, pulsate determined.

To you the dogs howl, awestruck, lust-crazed loudly,

upward the mucous snail is drawn, slow-creeping,

yet heedlessly you pass by, mooning proudly

haughty o’er fane and chateau pricks, put crudely,

while Endymion, in blue grave-crypt sleeping,

squirming beneath your fundament writhes lewdly.
