Grey rains are on the hills,

   And a grey dusk is over the world.

阴冷的思绪和影子般的思绪

Bleak moods and shadowy moods

如大海的思绪一般游移；

   Move like the mood of the sea;

山岚，一个灰色的未说明的念头，

The mist, a grey unspoken thought,

正惊异地看着我。

   Is looking strangely at me.

我迷失在灰里——

And I am lost in greyness--

我的梦凝固蜷曲；

   My dreams are still and furled;

因为灰雨在山间下，

For the grey rains are on the hills,

笼罩世界的是灰色的黄昏。

   And a grey dusk is over the world.
